Dislikes: De’pouille. That’s Cajun slang for anyone who is a mess, like the dung beetles at the Insectarium.
Favorite Foods: Anything with cellulose—books, wallpaper, wood furniture, cardboard, paper, etc.
Biggest Dream: Co-host a cooking show with Cajun chefs Emeril Lagasse, John Folse and Paul Prudhomme. He’s waiting for your call, Food Network!
Favorite Movie: Fried Green Tomatoes (yum!)
Unusual Party Trick: Termites eat 24/7, never stopping to rest or sleep. They’re the insect world’s ultimate foodie.
Favorite TV Show: This Old House.
