Speedy the Millipede
HI! I'm Speedy!
- Home: Africa.
- Likes: Long walks, scenic routes and shoes, lots and lots of shoes.
- Dislikes: Being so dreadfully slow, especially with nearly 400 feet.
- Favorite Foods: As unappetizing as it may seem, Speedy mainly eats damp and decaying plant matter.
- Biggest Dream: To be as fast as his name implies and to run in (and maybe even finish!) the Boston Marathon.
- Athlete Hero: The world’s fastest man and Olympic world record-holder, Usain Bolt from Jamaica.
- Unusual Party Trick: When Speedy gets nervous he produces cyanide gas (harmless to his human friends, of course). And when he’s scared, he rolls into a tight ball.
- Favorite Movies: Speed, The Quick and the Dead, The Fast and the Furious.
