Harry’s Got an Idol

Have you ever watched American Idol? Normally I don’t like reality shows, but the program is really popular here in the Insectarium. Maybe that’s because the contestants are all so talented this year.

It seems like every one of us is rooting for a different singer. Miley the butterfly and Luckie the ladybug like Adam Lambert. They think he’s the best looking and has the best voice.

Cuddles and Skimmer are big fans of Danny Gokey. They claim he has the most soul—but I think it’s because they dig his glasses. The guy has on a different pair every week!

As for me, I really like Lil Rounds. She’s got a great voice and a terrific attitude—but most importantly she’s from Memphis, just like me! I have to root for Memphis in every competition, you know. That’s just how I roll.

The only problem is that I don’t know how to vote for her. Do any of you guys know where I can get a cell phone? According to Ryan Seacrest, I can text in my votes. Hmm. I’m probably going to need a touch screen. Buttons don’t work too well with mantis feet.
