Harry Remembers Michael Jackson

It’s been a tough couple of weeks following the loss of Michael Jackson. I think it was so shocking that even the bugs here at the Insectarium are still upset. If you didn’t know, most insects are huge fans of Michael’s work.

Just the other day, I had to break up a fight between two of the other mantids here. They were arguing over which MJ song was the best. One of them was convinced that "Thriller" was the obvious choice. The other one disagreed, preferring "Bad" as the top track.

It got so intense that I had to pull out my red leather coat and sparkly glove. Then I busted a few dance moves from "Beat It" to break the tension. I do a pretty wicked moonwalk—it helps to have an extra pair of legs!

So instead of fighting, we watched some cool old MJ videos and agreed that all of his songs were pretty fantastic.

I didn’t have the heart to tell them that the best MJ track ever is totally "Rock With You."
