Harry Is Ready for a New Decade

This Christmas was really awesome. Santa really hooked this mantis up with some seriously cool gifts.

My favorite thing I found under the tree was a super smooth pair of leather gloves. Not only are they totally warm and comfortable—but they make me look like a cat burglar!

But enough about all of that. I’m already thinking about the next holiday. You know what I’m talking about, don’t you?

I’m psyched for the New Year!

Not only is it a whole new year, but it’s a whole new decade, so that’s extra-special. This time of year always makes me wonder about what this upcoming year will hold. Will the New Orleans Saints make it to the Super Bowl? Will the carnival festivities be as great as last year’s were? How many kids will come visit me in the Insectarium?

I know one thing for sure. I’m definitely making a New Year’s resolution.  Are you ready for it?

In 2010, I resolve to be the best praying mantis I can be. And to eat as many pancakes as I can over the next 365 days!
