Harry Eats a Burger with Soul

If you know me, the following statement won’t come as a surprise. I love to eat! I like to think of food as edible art. You can look at food on the plate and admire its beauty. But it’s better than regular art, because then you can eat it! Some of the best pieces of edible art are also the most simple. For instance, there is nothing highbrow or complicated about the soul burgers at Earnestine and Hazel’s restaurant on South Main St. in Memphis. And they are incredibly delicious, especially after a hard day’s work. I just ate one and had to share. It might be my favorite burger on the planet. What is your favorite burger?
