Harry Arrives at LAX
As you know, I haven’t flown much. In fact, I’ve barely earned my wings. Other than my trip to New York last year and the flights I’ve taken on airplanes at the Insectarium, my feet haven’t left the ground much. That changed today when I traveled all the way across the country. The flight was terribly long, and of course I got stuck in the middle seat between Esteban and Cuddles. Esteban crowded me because he couldn’t get all his legs in his own seat and Cuddle feel asleep and drooled on my shoulder. G-R-O-S-S!
When we finally arrived in Los Angeles I couldn’t believe my eyes. The Los Angeles International Airport was huge, and it had some of the biggest planes I’ve ever seen. The planes were from all over the world. My favorite, though, was a plane from Air China. It was so big it had two different floors full of passengers. I’ve never seen one of those before. As big as it was, I don’t see how it could even fly.
Well tomorrow’s a big day so I better get some shut eye. I hope to see you at City Hall in the morning.
