Five, Four, Three, Two, One….Happy New Year! I can’t believe 2008 is over, but the ball’s been dropped in Times Square and Dick Clark has signed off from his 36th straight New Year’s special. It’s now 2009! We had a huge party here in the Insectarium complete with a ball drop in the butterfly garden.

Harry Makes Cookies

We’ve been baking cookies all day to get ready for Santa. I forgot to ask him which was his favorite when I saw him at the mall so we’ve made chocolate chip, oatmeal, peanut butter, sugar, gingerbread macadamian nut…the list goes on and on.

Harry Sees Snow, Part II

Playing in the snow was a blast. I found out that PawPaw has about 300 million years of experience when it comes to building snow forts and Woody is a world-class skier. It's amazing what that guy can do with the pieces of wood he has as leftovers.

Harry Gives Thanks

I just finished watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and it was fantastic. They had balloons, bands, dancing, singing…the whole nine yards. The only thing the parade was missing was me.
