No, I’m not talking about the canned food Spam. I’m talking about those awful junk e-mails that always crowd my inbox, offering stuff I don’t want. It seems like I have to spend half of my computer time hitting the DELETE button.

What’s the best thing about fall? No, it’s not the changing of the leaves, or even bringing my favorite jackets and sweaters out of the closet. For me, autumn means it’s time to watch some football. In particular, it’s time to watch the New Orleans Saints.

There is an art to finding the perfect Halloween costume. First you have to decide whether you want it to be cool, funny or scary. If you want to be cool, you could dress up as a superhero or a secret agent. If you want to be funny, you could dress up like a giant hot dog or Chewbacca.

Brrrr. I don’t know what the weather is like where you are, but it’s actually getting cooler down here in New Orleans. So much so that I had to start looking for some warmer clothes to wear.

All that talk about hot dogs got me thinking, it’s time to drop the tailgate and crank up the grill. But this year I’m not just going to eat. Don’t laugh, it’s true! My buddy Woody the Termite is going to help me master tailgate cooking.

Man, I love football. College, pro, and now I’ve started a Fantasy Football league at the Insectarium just to kick things up another notch.

I was listening to my iPod the other day and my hands started doing the strangest thing.
